Sticky Toffee Pear Gingerbread PuddingA fabulously rich, luscious pudding, made with dark muscovado sugar, butter and spices. Topped with a generous half pear and when served warm, a melted toffee sauce mixed with pear juices will gently pool around the pudding. We like it best served warm with creme fraiche. |

Gorgeous Chocolate Truffle Fudge SquaresLightly flavoured with orange or rum! Soft and sticky if served at room temperature, but a firmer texture if served cold from the fridge. A fabulous after dinner treat! |

Luxurious Rose Ripple MeringuesCrisp on the outside, marshmallowy on the inside, rippled on the surface with dainty pink stripes and flavoured with rose and vanilla! Delicious on their own, with fresh fruit or with ice cream. |

Gingerbread HousesOur Gingerbread houses are one of our specialties and are extremely popular! Fabulous, impressive and fun at any time of the year, not just at Christmas. They are great for birthdays, Christenings, Weddings, Halloween! The are custom made in various sizes, designed for your occasion and can be personalised. Stained glass windows and lights make them a very special treat! However, as they are so delicate, we can only deliver these in West Sussex. |

Ginger CakesWe also bake a variety of ginger cakes, dark and sticky, including a chocolate gingerbread cake, a sticky treacle gingerbread cake, and a boozy gingerbread cake which includes sun drenched golden sultanas, candied peel and stem ginger which have been drenched in sherry and then mixed with aromatic spices. Seasonally we bake an apple gingerbread cake which is dark and moist made with treacle and unrefined sugars giving a rich lingering taste with a hint of liquorice, and a variety of different flavoured Parkin. |
We use fresh seasonal fruits, so many of our products throughout the year will contain strawberries, blueberries, plums, apples and peaches!
We sell our products at many local events, including Slindon Farmers Market and Walberton Farmers Market. We are available at many local events so do please email us for an update on our next shows. You can also find some of our products in the Goodwood Farm Shop and Pallant of Arundel.
Parties
We also offer gingerbread parties for children, to build and decorate their own gingerbread house with icing and sweets, which then makes a fabulous going home present!!
Fun for grown ups too especially when partnered with a glass of mulled wine!!!
We take as much pride in our packaging as we do in our baking and present our products beautifully (we think!) wrapped or boxed ready for giving or as a well deserved special treat!
